Do you have to wait the full 24 hrs for 404 to cure before topping with 357 or Poly?

The cure time for the LVR 404 Helios applies more for detergent washes. You don’t want to have any type of detergents come into contact with the acrylics before they’ve had a chance to set. If an acrylic gets hit with a detergent before its had a chance to fully cure, it’ll basically fall apart and will be worthless. There are no detergents in PolySeal or LVR 357 Magnum Wax; just Polymers, resins, waxes and SiO2 (PolySeal). So, you should be in the clear to apply the PolySeal or LVR 357 fairly soon after laying down the LVR 403.
